Resources to celebrate Holy Week at home
Palm Sunday, Holy Thursday, Good Friday, the Easter Vigil and Easter Sunday are considered the holiest of days in our faith. Normally we gather together to wave palms, witness the washing of the feet, pray before the Blessed Sacrament, venerate the cross, light candles, and celebrate Christ's resurrection. This year, we are being asked to stay at home - but that doesn't mean we cannot gather as the Domestic Church in our homes, with our families, or even with a friend over the computer or the phone. Below are various resources we have gathered for you to use and share with your families to make Holy Week more meaningful.
St. John XXIII will be streaming Mass on Easter Sunday at 9:00 am on Facebook. You can also check out the parish website for a recording after the Mass. Palm Sunday Mass will be streamed on Saturday, April 4 at 4:30 pm. For the Palm Sunday Worship Aid, click here.
